APP Group welcomes the Forest Stewardship Council’s (FSC) decision to lift the suspension of our remedy process, following the recent FSC Remedy Forum held in Jakarta. 

This marks an important step forward in our shared commitment to address past environmental and social harms through the FSC Remedy Framework.

We recognize the urgency expressed by stakeholders to accelerate progress. APP is currently in the initial phase of conducting environmental and social baseline assessments, and remains fully committed to delivering credible, inclusive, and transparent outcomes at scale.

We will continue the close collaboration with FSC and stakeholders, with the goal of building long-term trust, restoring landscapes, and supporting affected communities.
